This Direct-Fit Catalytic Converter is designed to fit the 2001-2004 Toyota Sequoia 4.7L. MagnaFlow 93376 includes (2) Flat Ring Gaskets, (1) Flange Gasket, (1) Torca Clamp and interchanges with OE parts 17450-0F030. This replacement part is designed to meet or exceed Federal emissions requirements set forth by the EPA, complying with legal standards for OBDII Federally registered vehicles with Federal/EPA Emission systems.
